There are different ways that can be used to get an appointment and submit your file, especially at the Warsawa Immigration Office. The Polish immigration office changed its system recently.  Before, you had to create a login only at inPOL and search for appointment dates, but now you have to register at MOS as well.

The good thing about this new system is that you will get confirmation email within a week.  In this email they will tell you about the date you visit to immigration office as well as the place where you have to submit your file. InPOL Step by Step Process

1. Create an account

Visit to inpol and click on Create an account.  Make your account by following the common steps that you use for making an account, e.g., email, password, etc.

 

2. Fill out the application form

Once you have created your account, you will see the option to fill out the application form. Fill out the application form there by adding all the details.

Note: You can do it manually by printing the application form and then filling it out manually. The choice is yours, but it is better to submit it there as you can change it during filling out the application.

Submitting your document through e-uslugi is another alternative way for you to submit your file quickly.

Step 1: You need to visit the official e-uslugi webpage first where you have to create login as well. We know before you simply click on ‘MAKE AN APPOINTMENT,’ before creating any login.  Now first make your login first then you can click on this option.

Step 2: After clicking on the ‘MAKE AN APPOINTMENT’ option, you will encounter three different choices. Please select the first option, ‘Book your appointment.’

Step 3: When you click on the ‘Book Your Appointment’ option, you will be directed to this interface. Here, you need to select the office where you want to submit your application. Here you click the first option, which is Al. Solidarnosci 81.

Step 7: Once you’ve chosen a time, you must confirm it by clicking the “BOOK” button.

Step 8:  You will see this interface where you have to put all the information, e.g., your name, contact information, postal address, etc.

Step 9: After completing your personal information on that, you have to click on “APPROV.”.

Submission through e-uslugi at Al. Solidarnosci 81 is a much better option than sending it by post. The reason is that if you send by post, the post office will take a much longer time than if you submit at Al. Solidarnosci 81.

Second, you have a stamp on your application form, which means your application is started from the day you personally submit it. While by post will take additional time, which is countless in many cases.
