Taxi license Process in Poland
If you are living in Poland or you recently move to Poland and want to start driving taxi in Warsaw or another city in Poland then you have to apply for taxi driving license in the same city where you located. Requirements for taxi driving license
1. You need to have a taxi stamp on your car if you have your own car.

If you live in Warsaw then you have to visit this office name KRAJOWY REJESTR KARNY located at Czerniakowska 100. This office open at 8:15 and close at 16:00 approx and if you have car then try to park near bedrinkya or opposite side of badryonka. Try to go early in the morning because normally this is place is rushed. When you enter inside take your number from first machines and then your number will be call quickly and you need to visit the next first counter paid the fee which is 30 zloty and take receipts and then wait for your number. It will take hours to get your numbers mostly.
3. Your medical test certificate.

There are many places where you can get this medical certificate and fee maybe are vary but I can suggest you to visit this place in bemowa where you can get this certificate with less cost around 150 zloty. By the way they have free parking spot and the address is Ekologiczna 18, 05-080 klaudyn.
4. Your physiology test certificate.

For this test you have to visit exactly at ul. Minska 15 03-808 WARSZAWA where they will conduct your physiology test and provide to this certificate after test and they will also charge 150 zloty.
5. Police clearance certificate from your home country if you are a foreigner.

In Warsaw you need this POC from your home country and you can either make this directly from home country or from embassy. Please check your country rule and procedure. Remember in some cities in Poland you don’t need this POC But in Warszawa it is mandatory.
6. The last but not least you have Polish driving licences to start the process of your taxi license.
